Hookah-Freak Mad Hatter

Mad Hatter is a unique, mild flavor, but not altogether unfamiliar either. There are notes of cinnamon or some similar spice, as well as perhaps some melon or apple. There are likely other flavors as well, though they’re difficult to pin-down.

Social Smoke Cinnamon Apple

Cinnamon Apple is just as the name implies. Cinnamon and apple. The flavor is mild. However, it is also warm and spicy, thanks to the cinnamon flavoring. And, while the spice flavor is dominant, the apple provides a refreshing, sweet undertone. The balance is near perfect. Comparing the flavor in the real world, Cinnamon Apple tastes almost identically to a bowl of cooked apple and cinnamon dessert.

Tonic Cinnamon Roll

Cinnamon Roll is a stab at the breakfast pastry by the same name. Tonic’s attempt is not perfect, but the result is still delicious. There is an evident sweet cinnamon taste, and an almost creamy finish. The flavor is mild and with close examination, it does in fact taste very similar to an actual cinnamon bun. However, I have yet to meet someone who could pick out the intended flavor without clues.

Hookah-Hookah 7 Spice

7 Spice tastes much like you might expect. Spicy. The most dominant flavor is cinnamon, but it is very mild, mixed among other spice flavors such as clove and cardamom. The other spices, whatever they may be, are ambiguous, but no doubt add to the whole experience in ways we can’t confidently nail down. Overall, however, the flavor is dark and spicy, but still light and mild.

Al Fakher Two Apples

Two Apples has a rich, complex anis flavor. When smoking for the first time, you will likely notice a licorice sensation thanks to the anis. But a more careful examination of the flavor will reveal undertones of spice and cinnamon, mingled with subtle apple tastes. It’s necessary to exhale through both your mouth and nostrils to fully appreciate Two Apples flavor, though either one in isolation is pleasant. As with most anis flavors, the sensation is dark and warming—not refreshing like a real apple.

Al Fakher Golden Bahraini Apple

When trying Golden Bahraini Apple for the first time, it seems most people recoil at how little it tastes like an actual apple. But with time, those who continue to smoke it learn to appreciate the complexity of the flavor. Golden Bahraini Apple has a rich, dark, almost earthy taste. At first you’ll want to liken it to licorice, but a more careful examination of the flavor reveals undertones of cinnamon and spice, paired with a subtle candy apple taste.. The flavor is warm, smooth and rich with a sweetness that doesn’t call attention to itself but supports the the complex set of flavors crossing your pallet.

Social Smoke Chai Latte

Chai Latte is an attempt to mimic the popular chai tea latte found in coffee shops like Starbucks. Social Smoke has been more successful in replicating the flavor than other brands making similar efforts, though it’s not quite there. The taste is mellow, creamy and slightly sweet, set on the backdrop of a smooth cinnamon taste. The cinnamon is has a spicy element to it, but is well balanced by a creamy vanilla flavor. However, if the bowl gets too hot the other flavors are almost completely lost leaving a potent cinnamon taste.
