Flavor: 3.5.0/5, Smoke, 5/5, Resilience: 4.5/5, Longevity: 4.5/5

  • The flavor is strong and as vague as the name.
  • The smoke is nice and thick.
  • It will burn, but very slowly.
  • The flavor fades as little as time goes

Cut & Composition

This tobacco has a medium choppy cut.  There is a  lot of thick and sticky red juice.

The Experience

This review was done with a HJ Mini Alien Phunnel bowl and Chronic Hookah Natural coals. Although the flavor is strong, the smoke is light on the lungs and easy to smoke effectively. I started off the bowl with three Ch nats on top. Once the bowl began to produce thunder clouds the size of Zeus’ recliner, I went down to two coals and proceeded the smeesh. The flavor lasted the duration of the smoke production.

The Flavor

HookahCompany.com says, “Sweet Drops by Al Fakher Arena is a sweet strawberry flavor with a bit of watermelon and mint.” Without being told that this flavor was a strawberry and watermelon mix I’m not sure if I would have picked up on it. The mint has a wintergreen tone while the “watermelon and strawberry” flavor are vague and mess with my mind when I try to decipher them for myself. With all that being said, the flavor is easy to smoke and light on the lungs. It has a heavy and robust flavor that sits on the back of your tongue while the mint tap dances in every corner of your mouth.

The Insight

This flavor is the Batman of shisha flavors. Its dark and mysterious while strong and all over the place. The flavor also seems to perform well when the heat is on. The flavor does become flat and a bit harsh if over-heated but overall, it is a very easy smoke. I would compare this flavor to that of “Godfather” by Couzins tobacco.

Who Should Try This Flavor

If you are familiar with Couzins hookah tobacco, and you like their Godfather flavor, this would be a good bet for you. If you find yourself liking more dark and heavy flavors this could be a flavor that you might want to try.
