Cut & Composition

JM’s Orange Delight is a fine cut, medium wet tobacco, though it is more oily than slimy. When mixed well, the juices will leave your fingers good and sticky. There are a few small stems mixed amongst the tobacco, though nothing that will get in the way of packing your bowl.

Price & Quantities Available

  • 100g – $8.50
  • 250g – $14.50

The Experience

Orange Delight began smoking at it’s richest after about three minutes. The smoke was strikingly thick, and the flavor rich. The tobacco performs well under varying heat, and even when becoming harsh, the flavor remains unchanged. The session lasted about an hour and twenty minutes before the smoke and flavor began to die out. Orange Delight produced absolutely no head-buzz.

The Flavor

Orange Delight is a citrus blend of orange flavors, like tangerine, mandarin and naval oranges. It also has a very subtle mint cooling sensation that goes a long way to making this flavor surprisingly refreshing.

The Insight

Orange Delight, while ambiguous and unspecific, is refreshing and cooling. While the flavor is sweet, it isn’t overwhelming and doesn’t ask for much of your attention. In my book, that makes Orange Delight one of the best orange flavors on the market. I will certainly be keeping this one on the shelf. It’s an excellent after-breakfast flavor.

Who Should Try This Flavor

Citrus fans can’t go wrong! If you’re a purist (I would wonder why you’re smoking this in the first place, but regardless), you may be turned off by the subtle mint sensation. But the combination is well balanced and most citrus fans will thoroughly enjoy it.
